was established for the purpose of providing central
computing facility to faculty members and engineering students for academic and research
activities. All round grooming of students is ensured by a balance exposure to
software and hardware technologies in the well equipped computer center and
laboratories of the department. The computer center provides state of the art
computing facilities. They epitomize the cutting edge technology available in
the Institute. The Center also provides 24x7 Internet access through 10 Mbps
Broadband connectivity. The campus is having LAN, which is being supported by
Windows Vista/Linux environments incorporating latest hardware technologies.
Computer Center is second to none as far as software is concerned. It has
become the member of Microsoft Academic Alliance, which supports the institute
to receive all the licensed software products of the Microsoft. The students
are apprised of all types of latest advancements in the field of software and
hardware.
Library

Books are mens' best friend. At Medicaps, the library is a fountain to satire
the thirst of knowledge for teachers and students as well. As a backbone of the
Institute, it provides facilities for learning, teaching, research and handling
consultancy projects. The library is a fully automated, well furnished, specious Library with
the sitting capacity of 210 students at a time. It has more than sufficient
space for stacks, reading rooms, e-library,
discussion hambers, circulation, processing, and Periodicals & News paper
Section, to entertain the users of Library and providing all the services
required to users in peaceful environment. In addition, the library has a steady flow of newspapers, magazines and
journals on subjects related to Science and Technology. Moreover, a good
collection of Video Cassettes and Compact Discs (CDs) and DVDs for having the
exposure to latest technological developments is also available.
Canteen
A pool side
canteen has been provided serving quality controlled lunch, snacks, hot and
clod drinks and hygienic environment. A fully equipped modern lunch room with sitting capacity of 500 people is under
construction, after completion of this lunch room pool side canteen will be
treated as CAFETERIA. The eatables served in the canteen are prepared
under hygienic conditions and are of good quality.
Auditorium

A 250 seater air conditioned auditorium exists to facilitate seminars, lectures, dramatics and cultural programs. A new 1500 sitter auditorium has been planned at a later day.
Hostel
The Institute has magnificently designed
separate hostels for boys and girls each with all modern facilities for
boarding and other recreational activities. The hostel buildings are remarkable
pieces of architecture. The Hostel committee in consultation with students
takes care of different aspects like hygiene, price, timings etc. The hostel is
also having 24x7 Internet connectivity through 4 Mbps Broadband.
