SIMS Engineering college in Indore offers BE, MCA, BCA, B.Sc and M.B.A. courses. It has Civil, I.T., Computer Science, E.I.C, Electronics, Electrical and Mechanical branches of engineering. The number of seats in different branches of B.Sc, MBA and BE are given at college website.

Faculty

All the faculty members are highly qualified experienced software and management professionals. Apart from having high academic qualifications, their faculty members have added advantage and experience of having worked on live software projects. The college provides excellent faculty to the students. There is one faculty over 15 students in college and total faculty strength is 300. All the faculty members in college are either Ph.D./NET, or having experience of more than 5 years or having Post Graduate Degree so that the student can get good knowledge and guidance.

The institute spreads over 6 acres of land in a lush green campus in the locality of Rau, behind IIM indore  and provides all the basic facilities to its students like class rooms, computer centre, conference hall, library, auditorium, various laboratories/workshops and administration block, with lush green lawns around. The library is computerized and has a spacious reading hall for the students. Audio Visual facilities like LCD, Overhead Projectors, Slide Projectors, TV, VC.R., and Educational Movies are available for study and research.

As an engineer, it's not enough for you to be technically proficient; you need to have business savvy. If you're going to be a leader, you need to understand what a P&L is (also known as an income statement), read organization charts, know how to negotiate contracts, and be familiar with the myriad other functions that every top engineer needs to know. Otherwise, you won't understand what to do when an accountant, lawyer, or middle manager gets in the way. A business course or two can take you a long way, and these classes are often easier to pass than your calculus course!
